General Returns Policy
Apparel Items
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We will gladly replace an item if it is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) A replacement will be for the same product, same color, and same size as you originally ordered. No substitutions! Replacements cannot be processed until we receive the incorrect or defective item back from you. You can return the incorrect or defective item to the school at:

Replacements will be shipped to you within 7-10 business days or sooner. We will do our best to expedite the process and get you your products in a timely manner.
If you prefer a refund we will refund your money in the same way the you originally paid. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving an authorized return.

We will accept eligible returns, incorrect or defective items, etc. within 14 days of receiving your order.

A restocking fee of no more than 10% or $15.00 (whichever is greater) will be charged as a restocking fee if the return is not a result of our error. We will only accept unopened and unused items back from you.
